Train to move well. Train to be well.

what does this look like?

I am a collegiate strength coach, and most of my experience is with athletes. I believe, even if you are not a current or former athlete, that this is to your benefit. Great athletes are humans who move their bodies and handle stress extremely well -- this applies to everyone.

To move well... I focus on building strength and resilience that is reinforced through proper neuromuscular patterns and transfer to daily movement. I am here to make you better at whatever you do -- competitive sports, running, adult sport leagues, yardwork, picking up your kids, you name it.

To be well... You must train it. We don't fall into our true, authentic selves. Just like our physical fitness, it requires work. We will figure out what that looks like for you, so that you can get closer to recognizing what you are meant to do and who you are meant to be.
